I deleted it for you. However, you can do this yourself by going to your album (while logged in). You'll see a "Delete this phopto" link beneath photos that are in the NEW category.
The photo that you uploaded was probably too small and the server upsized it, which causes pixelation. Be sure the photo you upload is between 500 and 800 pixels wide.
