By becoming a member, you agree to abide by our rules (below). Your membership may be revoked by the site operator at any time for any reason.

All content, including but not limited to all text, code, images, graphics, icons, animations, photographs, forum content and messages that comprise this website is copyrighted by the site owner (or respective member) and may not be reproduced without express permission. We support artist's rights and any photographs submitted by our members are the property of their respective owners. PixArtWeb does not make any claim regarding rights or ownership of submitted photos beyond that specified below for the purposes of display and judging on this site.
Entries must be submitted by the original photographer and you must be the sole owner of any photo submitted. Your submission of any image is your guarantee that you are the author and/or copyright holder of that image.
Members agree to have their submitted photograph(s) displayed on this web site without any fee or other form of compensation, and agree that we may display such photos in our gallery(ies) or retain copies of any photograph for archival purposes.
Photos will be credited to the member named in the entry form either by name or alias. Photos must be appropriate for posting on this site. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be accepted and we retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
If your photo includes recognizable person(s), you may need to email us a model release (depending on content) before it can be accepted as a finalist in any contest. In the event that ownership of a photograph is contested in any manner, we retain the right to disqualify that photograph and remove it from our site.
