To reduce "red-eye" (usually green in dogs), try bouncing your flash off the ceiling, use a diffuser, or (if detachable) move it off axis from the lens. [by mv on Jul 18 2006] • Very cute shot. I'm not too fond of the reflection in the eyes though. Bouncing the flash would be a very good solution. That way the lighting will be less harsh aswell.
